Mark Gorenberg, Managing Director, joined Hummer Winblad Venture Partners in 1990. He has served as a board member for start-up and public software companies, including AdForce, HomeGrocer, NetDynamics, Omniture, and Scopus Technologies. Currently, he serves as a Director of Aria Systems, Cenzic, Crowd Factory, ontheFRONTIER, Replay Solutions, and Sonatype.

Mark is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation and The H. John Heinz III Center for Science, Economics and The Environment.

Prior to joining Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Mark managed a number of new media areas and was a member of the original SparcStation I team at Sun Microsystems. He received a BSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MSEE from the University of Minnesota, and an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Larry Weber is Chairman of W2 Group, a global marketing services ecosystem that helps CMOs in their new role as builders of communities and content aggregators. W2 Group includes public relations agency Racepoint Group, social media marketing firm Digital Influence Group and branding company Two Martinis.

A public relations visionary, in 1987 Larry established The Weber Group, which within a decade became the world's largest technology public relations firm. Interpublic purchased The Weber Group in 1996 and in 2000, Larry was named Chairman and CEO of Interpublic's Advanced Marketing Services group. While at IPG, Mr. Weber built Weber Shandwick Worldwide into the largest PR agency in the world, with billings of $450 million at its peak, making it the cornerstone of 17 companies he built, acquired or managed in forming Advanced Marketing Services, a $2 billion marketing services group.

Larry serves on a number of boards for corporations, non-profit organizations and academic institutions. He is co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX), the largest interactive advocacy organization in the world.

Larry has also published three books about next-generation business. Sticks and Stones: How Digital Business Reputations Are Created Over Time and Lost in a Click was published in July 2009 from Wiley & Sons. Marketing to the Social Web: How Digital Customer Communities Build Your Business was first published by Wiley in 2007 with a second edition in 2009. The Provocateur: How a New Generation of Leaders Are Building Communities, Not Just Companies was printed in 2002 by Random House.

Greg joined Peninsula shortly after the formation of the firm. His experience in enterprise software and services gives him a unique perspective on investment opportunities in the information technology arena. Greg has led several of Peninsula’s investments in information technology companies and has served on the Board of Directors of Intesource and StepUp Commerce. Prior to Peninsula, Greg co-founded Cogent Technologies, an enterprise software solutions company which was acquired by BrightStar. At BrightStar, he was a Managing Director responsible for the Group's mid-market practice. Greg holds a BS in Economics and Chinese from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Ryan is a founding member of Storm Ventures. At Storm Ventures, Ryan has focused on enterprise IT, internet and web infrastructure opportunities. He has invested in both semi-conductors and components (SandForce and Ignis Optics/acquired by Bookham), as well as software (Appcelerator, DeviceVM, Netforensics, Yieldbuild and Kidaro/acquired by Microsoft.)

Prior to founding Storm Ventures, Ryan directed the business development activities at E-TEK Dynamics where he focused on building strategic OEM and customer relationships, scaling E-TEK’s manufacturing operations as well as directing the equity investing and acquisition activities until E-TEK merged with JDS Uniphase in 2000.

Prior to joining E-TEK, Ryan was with Summit Partners, a private equity firm, where he focused primarily on the communications industry, including Summit’s investment in E-TEK Dynamics in July 1997. Ryan received his B.S. and M.S. in Earth Systems from Stanford University.

Sanjay Dholakia is the Chief Executive Officer of Crowd Factory, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and vision of the company.

Sanjay joins Crowd Factory from Lithium Technologies, the leading provider of Social CRM solutions, where he was the Chief Marketing Officer. Dholakia was responsible for driving the vision, go-to-market strategy, and customer acquisition programs that helped the company drive 100% year-over-year growth as well as a 2X increase in valuation during his tenure. Prior to joining Lithium, he served as senior vice president and general manager for SumTotal Systems, responsible for a $100M business that was the clear market share leader in learning management software and solutions. During his tenure, the company grew over 10X. Dholakia also served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and Andersen Consulting, advising Global 500 companies across a broad range of industries, helping to drive tens of millions of dollars in revenue and operating efficiencies. Sanjay holds a B. S. from the Wharton School and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

As founder and head of Product at Crowd Factory, Alexander drives the direction for Social Campaign and Social Offer which claim outstanding customers including HBO, McAfee, PR Newswire and Sony. Prior to Crowd Factory, Alexander created the branded community product for tribe.net, which claims Scion, TMobile, and USA networks among its customers. Prior to that he designed and delivered the PowerChord and TrustMail product lines which were featured in the IPO and secondary roadshows for InterTrust raising $330M. InterTrust was later sold for $453M to Sony and Phillips. Alexander graduated Dartmouth College in 1992.
