Sanjay Dholakia

Sanjay Dholakia

CEO

Sanjay Dholakia is the Chief Executive Officer of Crowd Factory, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and vision of the company.

Sanjay joins Crowd Factory from Lithium Technologies, the leading provider of Social CRM solutions, where he was the Chief Marketing Officer. Dholakia was responsible for driving the vision, go-to-market strategy, and customer acquisition programs that helped the company drive 100% year-over-year growth as well as a 2X increase in valuation during his tenure. Prior to joining Lithium, he served as senior vice president and general manager for SumTotal Systems, responsible for a $100M business that was the clear market share leader in learning management software and solutions. During his tenure, the company grew over 10X. Dholakia also served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and Andersen Consulting, advising Global 500 companies across a broad range of industries, helping to drive tens of millions of dollars in revenue and operating efficiencies. Sanjay holds a B. S. from the Wharton School and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

As the founder and Vice President of Crowd Factory, Alexander Mouldovan created the first high-availability Social Marketing cloud. Prior to Crowd Factory, Alexander created the branded community product for tribe.net, which claims Scion, TMobile, and USA networks among its customers. Alexander won best of show Networld+Interop 2002 for the Hailstorm 3 product, launched at Cenzic, Inc.

Prior to that he designed and delivered the PowerChord and TrustMail product lines which were featured in the IPO and secondary roadshows for InterTrust raising $330M. InterTrust was later sold for $453M to Sony and Phillips. Alexander graduated Dartmouth College in 1992.

Shaun oversees all of engineering, including key architecture and feature development, and ensuring flexibility and reusability as well as scale and forward compatibility. Under Shaun's guidance, Crowd Factory has developed a highly scalable social system that seamlessly integrates with the social web.

With more than 12 years industry experience, Shaun Klopfenstein has deep expertise in server architecture, social networks, large-scale systems development, and performance management. Prior to Crowd Factory, at Oracle, Shaun held key responsibility for High Availability and tying together their platform into one seamless management suite, delivered to multiple national telecommunications companies.

Diane Updyke

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES

Diane Updyke is the Vice President Sales. She is responsible for revenue and customer development.

Diane comes from a history of engaging marketers in solutions to automate campaigns and acquire customers. She most recently joins from Eloqua as the Regional Vice President sales where she successfully lead a sales team through 50-100% growth year-over-year. Eloqua provides a marketing automation platform for executing and measuring campaigns. For over 15 years, Diane has managed sales teams for startup and established companies; including business intelligence (Oracle) and infrastructure (early days of WebLogic).
